Takes them 45 to 60 minutes to do a routine oil change. Goto Master Lube and save yourself time and money. I requested new windshield wipers while I waited for my oil change. they waited to order them until after the oil change so I had to wait until they were delivered by a third party and installed. The Service Manager doesn't appear to be managing.
Went to trade in my old car. And possibly my truck. Walked away with 2 new trucks and a smile. The process was smooth and easy. This is the first time I have ever felt truly satisfied purchasing a vehicle. Figured I'd get hit with the oil field gouge. Didn't happen. Great experience.
