Easy parking, very knowledgeable and friendly staff who was able to help with sightseeing advise and provide pamphlets and maps to help plan our trip.
We finally made the trip to Carlsbad to experience Christmas on the Pecos. What a beautiful and wonderful time we had. We booked on the Noelle and our captain entertained us with history, music and dancing in our seats. We returned to watch the fireworks and again you did not disappoint. The staff at our hotel and various restaurants we went to were friendly and very courteous. Thank you!!!

They need to hang a sign at the city limt that reads Closed! We arrived on Friday 5/25/23 around 2pm. Most restaurants were closed. It's Memorial wknd, one would think there would be activities; local bands at restaurants, some sort of shows (car show, quilt show....something) etc. The only thing to do in Carlsbad is out of town. We spent over $1500 to visit and it's the worst vacation we've ever had. Hope this review helps someone else from making the same mistake we made by coming to Carlsbad, New Mexico .
