I’ve taken my car here multiple times and consistently run into issues. 1) I had spark plugs replaced and my car had trouble accelerating on the way home from picking it up. They told me I couldn’t bring it back that day and that someone would call me but no one ever did. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received at GMC Carlsbad. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent pattern of poor communication, dismissive behavior, and lack of accountability, especially when it comes to warranty work. Most recently, I brought in my vehicle for a brake issue. I was told the rotors weren’t resurfaced simply because it was warranty work, something I had never heard before. Not recommended I came to look at new 2025 cars none of the salesmen knew any details about the car package. I asked for an estimate the salesperson told me he needed to print it and never got back to me when I went to look for him he was helping someone else. I'm looking at cars now in Orange County better service there
