I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received at GMC Carlsbad. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent pattern of poor communication, dismissive behavior, and lack of accountability, especially when it comes to warranty work. Most recently, I brought in my vehicle for a brake issue. I was told the rotors weren’t resurfaced simply because it was warranty work, something I had never heard before. Not recommended I came to look at new 2025 cars none of the salesmen knew any details about the car package. I asked for an estimate the salesperson told me he needed to print it and never got back to me when I went to look for him he was helping someone else. I'm looking at cars now in Orange County better service there
