Knowledgeable and professional; they care about getting things right there are few people in the tri-state region that have as much experience working with the sprinter platform that are able to create custom applications and installs based on exactly what I had envisioned for my Mercedes sprinter. I recently purchased a truck accessory for my vehicle. I was very pleased with the customer service and the knowledgeable staff. Carl's has a nice showroom and a clean and well lit facility. They offer variety of different services. If I had any critique of my experience, is the chairs in the waiting area could be a little more on the comfy side😉. I do enjoy a comfy chair. I will be doing business with them again.
