I hate to write this review because Carl was very nice but the food was awful! I paid $37 for a catfish platter and everything was way too salty, unflavored and overcooked. The grease is old and the food honestly smelled like urine. My husband and I couldn't even finish our food. Very disappointing!
The catfish was old and spoiled that had been dipped in vinegar. They are serving old food. Then I was giving some old stale hard wings. How they are still in business is beyond me. Not happy at all for 23.59.
The food is delicious. His expertise has been molded with decades of experience as a chef & his love for cooking.
So Carl's kitchen came out to our job I'm just going to leave it at that the food was not that great some things were good for the most part the chicken smelled dead not sure what happened at this day but my coworker and myself threw the whole plate away. I'm pretty sure that they can step their game up the truck wasn't the cleanest on the inside not sure why but I'm a big clean person I wouldn't eat them again.
Food Truck came to Wagner Smith Equipment to serve 50 people all at one time. Poor planning on our part, but Carls crew of 2 did the best they could getting slammed all at once. I ordered the Fried Catfish and Shrimp, fries & dirty rice. I was probably 25, back in line. Fish was fresh and delicious. Fries were hot and good. Keylime pie was a little warm, but none the less delicious. Thanks for serving us today guys🤓
