Yesterday I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger, I asked for extra barbecue sauce and they soaked my burger with barbecue sauce it was ridiculous.
Made a Drive thru order, and the girl taking my order made it a point to take my order wrong. Once I got to the window, I specifically asked what was the price for my items and I was intentionally charged $5 extra. After reading my receipt, I immediately asked for a refund where the girl at the register “attempted” to give me a $10 refund insisting that this was the correct amount. I had to demand my full refund and refused my order after. Terrible, prejudice, and/incompetent customer service.
