If you're ever in a heating bind, I highly recommend the heating and furnace repair company. Their service was prompt, professional, and the technician's attention to detail was impressive. They've earned a customer for life!
Very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They kept us updated with texts and a picture of technician that would be arriving. They even supplied us with a portable A/C unit to help cool the house as temps were very high during the week. Definitely would recommend.
They are the best. The technician was wonderful and explained everything about what we needed. The installation was easy and they were very thorough and polite. There was no debris left. This is an outstanding company with great service and great employees.
The installation crew was courteous and answered all of my questions that I had before, during and after the installation. I even had some questions after the installation that tech called me back directly on, which I greatly appreciated. No issues, just questions on how things worked, etc. Based on this experience, I’d highly recommend Carl's Heating And Cooling.
