A girlfriend of mine was sick, so I wanted to send her some flowers to cheer her up. I called Carl and spoke to a wonderful lady who walked me through the process and actually sent me pictures of the different arrangements that I could choose in my budget. Turns out, that she lived just a few blocks from the shop, and somebody walked the delivery over to her about a half an hour later. I have received and sent flowers from Carl's Flowers. Can order the same day and they make sure someone is around to accept the order so the flowers are taken care of and look their best. I appreciate this as last summer when I was receiving flowers on a very hot day, they came back when i got home from my errands so they wouldn't wilt at my door waiting for me! My partner ordered some flowers for my birthday. When they arrived, they were not what he had ordered. After an altercation with someone at Carl's he took them back to the store. I was not privy to the altercation but received a very disrespectful phone call from the owner telling me that he would not accept any business from me.
