I recently had Carl's come out to repair my vinyl fence, and it was a fantastic experience. The technician, John, arrived right on time and was both friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I showed him the issues, he immediately knew how to fix them. The repair was completed in just 20 minutes. I would definitely use Carl's again for any future repairs and will be sure to request John as the technician.
Their response was immediate. Arrived early to do an estimate. Offered online payment options. Communication was great. They reflashed our chimney which had been leaking. Job was well done.

The gate door they installed supposed to have a metal securing hook into the ground in case the wind blows. They only installed it on one door so when the strong wind came broke one of the doors. We called to fix it they charged us extra $750 .We payed extra for something they could have prevented. Not to mention the material of the gate door is so cheap breaks easily.
