Every detail of my job was excellent
Sam went above and beyond her role to help us sort out a complicated fencing situation. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and willing to take the extra steps needed to get everything figured out. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciate Sam taking the time to help, even when it went beyond what was expected of her. She is a great example of someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and getting things done.
John Sanchez was great! Courteous, fast and made repairs in an instant. Reasonably priced too.
Terrible contractor. For a free-standing deck, they attempted to pour the footings by dumping dry concrete bags right into the holes directly with no gravel base, no tube form (!), mixing it in the hole with a shovel (mixing native soil into the concrete); no markings on center for the anchor. I come outside after they’ve filled 6 footings about 9/10 of the way and ask what they’re doing and Gary tells me that’s how they always do it and you don’t need to mix concrete first before putting in and they never use gravel and the... read more
