Bought my first bike from carls a few weeks ago, felt like I had a good experience until I came in today to see a friend purchase her brand new 636. The gentleman who sold me my bike did not go the extra mile like I saw Sam treat my friend. I did not receive my 250 off for veterans discount, I was not aware of this benefit.
