pricey but worth it Carl's always does a wonderful job with their laundering and dry cleaning. I have never had any problems with damage or staining, and everything is pressed perfectly. The staff is always very friendly, and have a smile on their face as they greet you at the door. They are a little more pricey than some local cleaners, but overall do a great job!
Reasonable price I go to them for dry cleaning and laundry service. Compared to others their prices are very reasonable and the quality of service is best. I got few of my costly dresses dry cleaned by them and they did it perfectly. You have to be very careful if someone messes up you costly dress. I should say they very reliable to deal with such work.
Former Loyal Customer Be very careful and get a receipt every time you drop off your cleaning!! I had been using Carl's for over 15 years and never received a receipt or been offered one for what I had dropped off. I had always left the cleaning on the counter and picked it up with no issues. However, they recently lost a 2 piece suit of mine and refused to pay for it because they had no record of ever receiving it and I had no record of dropping off.
