When traveling southbound I-65 we broke down in our Motorhome being that it was a Friday evening all repair shops we're closed only a couple places we're open on Saturdays and Carl's was one of them so I contacted them and they came out within a half hour to tow us back to the shop and it took another half hour to repair the Motorhome they exemplified nothing but top notch service with reasonable cost of repair hopefully if I were to ever break down again hopefully not, it will be in Elisabeth Town Kentucky.
RecommendedI don’t think we’ve experienced better customer service from any business of any type. Everyone needs to save this phone number in their phone ASAP!
I was traveling through KY from Illinois on my way to Florida (family emergency) when my tire blew. After waiting for my roadside service for an hour I called Carl's 5 minutes before closing. Mike sent Joe right over and found me within 15 minutes. Joe had my spare on in under 20 minutes then lead us to a road that went parallel to I-65 so we could get safely to the next large town where there was a hotel and Chevy dealer were I could get a new tire.
