Over-priced. Plus, an employee lost the keys for my classic car, then told me that one key didn't work on everything. I corrected him, he told me that I was wrong. Without calling me beforehand, he installed new aftermarket ignition, and never got to the door locks. All with a he-could-care-less attitude. The owner didn't care much either. Wow.
I recommend NOT going here. Some young "mechanic" who was rude and entitled told me that he lost my keys, and that the key I provided was not the original. Of course, that was a lie. So, he installed a new ignition switch (which later failed) and now I didn't have a door key. I spent $3500 on front end work. He said he sort of fixed the steering problem, but there was more to be done. That's what you get at Carl's for $3500: Attitude, Entitlement, Denial, and partial repair. Zero stars.
