Jason was awesome! Very informative and detailed. He explained everything very well and put everything into perspective. Very nice guy!
Awesome experience with Maui, he went ahead and assessed the problem we had with our water heater super fast and gave us some insight fully knowledge on what to do next, while also lighting the pilot for us. He was super fun and conversational, will definitely call them again!
I shared a review yesterday about a hot water heater replacement and what I said about the technician was true - he was a really great guy , but after he left the hot water still wasn’t working … they sent another tech out the following day and he said the pilot light wasn’t on and that someone must have messed with it - I told him it was left exactly the way it was the prior day ….
