During the cleaning process, one of the employees behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of treating customers respectfully, the employee spoke harshly and showed a poor attitude. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the car wash, and this experience left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training to staff so that other customers do not face similar situations.
Just paid $22.50 for drive through car wash and the car is still visibly dirty. Would love to contact the but cannot find an email address
Used to be able to vacuum car for $2. Now you can't vacuum a tiny car for $6.60. No disclosure of time leads to multiple transaction fees which are higher than is legal. Used to be able to wash a car for $10. Now you can't finish a tiny car for $16. Warn your friends. Let fair trading know they do not provide what they advertise. Dishonest jerks out of Newcastle!
