I chose the more expensive one for the undercarriage and it was on for under two seconds. It didn’t start until the middle of my vehicle, under my driver and passenger door, and it stopped before doing the rear of my vehicle. Please give us an option to pay extra for a longer dry time.

Personally, I've come here a fair few times for both the manual & touchless carwash services. I haven't had any issues and the drive-in does a good job at cleaning as long as you don't have months of gunk caked on (use the pressure washers for that, which have good pressure and take a few seconds). There are also vacuums and a cash -> change machine. My only suggestion would be that they could add a drying-only option for convenience for self-service users.

The cost has gotten out of control. Should be 8, 9, 11 at the most. A tunnel is less and does a better job. Also, Wash was ok but for some reason the underbody spray time is shorter than usual the last few times. My truck doesn't get sprayed all the way back, it lasts only a few seconds or more. It needs to be longer if I'm going back. I've been a long time customer but won't be if this isn't addressed. I would consider a monthly subscription if not for this and the ridiculous cost
