Terrible! I talked to them on the phone on Friday to bring my car on Saturday for an appraisal. I drove over 35miles to get there on Sat and the manager told me they can't buy cars on Saturday because their mechanic shop is closed!!! The other guy behind the counter (6-0', mid 30's, African American) was shaking his head and putting a sarcastic smile looking at me while manager was talking to me. Have some attitude my friend, go see other car dealers how they treat their customers... Drove 70 miles and burned the gas and tim... read more
