I bought a Lexus from Pomona Carlotz I was sold a faulty vehicle I was told my warranty was activated the moment I drove off. I was lied to. I can’t access my warranty and no one will call me back so if this is of any help think twice before you buy a used car for a corporate, you are only buying someone else’s problems and they are quick to sale you a car but refuse to help you if a problem arises. Very frustrating and disappointing.
