Do NOT trust this total shady dishonest place!! They are the epitome of a sleazy car sales lot. Short version: they knowingly sold me a car that needed a new engine and completely screwed me over. Long version: I’m not a car person. I got a diagnostic before buying the car that came out with “potential issues” - Thomas at Carlot convinced me that “all cars have oil pans that leak, there’s no problem”. Luckily for them, we can't give 0 star. I bought a car on the September 22nd and they only started the title transfer on the January 23rd, what an unprofessional behavior... They didn't even answer my calls, I went to see them several times and they had the audacity to tell me that they had started the title transfer, what a joke. Replying to their answer: I came to see you physically on the December 16th and gave you the good address, you told me that you had started the transfer, which was not the case.
