Poor communication from start to finish. I was promised a call with a price quote, but never heard back. I had to reach out multiple times with no response.
Customer service was very unprofessional. I asked about tint options, and the staff seemed impatient and unwilling to answer basic questions. Not a welcoming experience.
Scheduled an appointment, but they never showed up. No call, no message .just a complete no-show. When I followed up, I received no explanation or apology.

They did a fantastic job! Makes a huge difference with this Oklahoma heat! They have done several of our vehicles. Highly recommend. They communicate well with everything. From how dark you want your tint down to the time they will be finished with the job and everything in between. You can sit and wait or drop your vehicle off.
