Took a car in to get an oil change and was told to park to the side for my turn and that they'd get to me quickly. Almost an hour later, I got fed up after seeing other customers get serviced before me. After speaking with them again, they told me they didn't know I was there for an oil change. They'd simply forgotten about me. I won't be wasting my time here ever again. Next time I will be taking my business elsewhere.
