Communication seemed to happen only when it benefited him or when documents needed to be signed so the transaction could move forward. Outside of those moments, it was often difficult to get responses, updates, or the level of service I expected from a real estate professional. Carlos is very professional very nice. He has a lot of knowledge and experience selling and buying homes, if you are looking for an agent that is not going to make you waste your time on offers not relevant, he’s definitely the right guy. He is also very creative. I would definitely recommend him.
