Just got my car back from them today and couldn’t be more happy with the job they’ve done! The lady that works there named Kim is awesome at giving you updates and information about your car as well.
They are the best! They do great work and when they get finished, you can't tell the vehicle was ever in a wreck. They are easy to work with and understand how to work with insurance companies. Plus - Kim and Kenny are really nice people.
I’d recommend just going to a dealerships body shop versus here. Their ETA’s are comically inaccurate. I was told my truck would be ready three separate times, over the course of three separate weeks. Still hasn’t been accomplished, and we are 4 weeks in. I don’t mind that it takes a while, but the ignorant lies being told to customers is just too much. Spend the extra money, just go to a dealership. At least if it takes a month, they will communicate that to you.
