Carlos screwed me over. He told me To come at 12:45, and I arrived at 12:49. He was cutting another guys hair. When he was done at 1, he told me I had to wait because he had another appointment. he clearly didn’t give a shit about my appointment. This was after two days calling and trying to schedule a haircut.
I showed them the photo to make it similar and they didn't cut it exactly the same. Nearly went half bald because of it. I check the mirror back home and it was terrible. Definitely not happy
