Great doctor, listens to issues and works on finding solutions.
Yes very professional
Horrible customer service, specially during the coronavirus, nobody answer the phones, pharmacies are calling them for refills for patients and this office never send them. I don’t want to come back with this doctor anymore.
Very unprofessional receptionist. I will not be returning.
Dr. Romero has a lot of med students shadowing in his office, a lot that have terrible interpersonal skills and both the med students and dr romero would brush off serious questions I had about medications. I asked about PREP and they basically just laughed at me. I did not feel comfortable going here as an LGBT person.
