He keeps excellent records and has a keen insight. Considerate staff and always on time.
Dr. Ramirez is very friendly and trustworthy and has a great bedside manner. That said, whoever answers the phone was not very helpful, never states her name, and never passed essential information in my once in a lifetime kind of need.

Seeing Dr. Ramirez is like a visit with your family's favorite childhood doctor, but with cutting edge expertise and technology. He spends time to really listen to you as a person, and if any medications or tests are necessary, everything has been ordered by the time your exam is done. We are happier and healthier following his emphasis on healthy lifestyle. His staff treats you like family. Dr. Ramirez is the kind of doctor who likes going to work every day just to see his patients!
Having been treated by doctors for the last 63 years, polio & cancer, I can highly recommend Dr. Carlos Ramirez as the best doctor ever. Dr. Ramirez deals with and treats all matters that my body likes to throw at me. He is efficient, quick minded, on top of ones various conditions and is kindly and considerate. He has an effective and kind hearted staff. I HAVE recommended Dr. Ramirez to several friends, and will continue to do so. I feel extremely fortunate to be in Dr. Ramirez's care! Bravo!
This guy is not to be trusted. Missed a major diagnosis that ended me up in the hospital. Hospital tried to call dr and couldn't get ahold of him. Office staff does not relay messages. Referrals not followed up on. Wrong rx called in. I could go on. You've been warned!
Dr. Ramirez has a warm, professional, and thorough beside manner. He listened carefully and empathetic ally, asked specific questions, and made recommendations as they applied to the reason for my visit and as they regarded his findings based on his observations. He seems to care about you beyond your insurance coverage and tries to relate to you as a person and not only a patient. I found the office staff to be professional and welcoming as well and will return.
I appreciated his quick and thorough assessment of my condition and suggesting affordable care treatments too. He is also made me feel comfotable throughout the consulation process.
Dr. Ramirez himself is kind and actually takes time to look at you and talk to you with out writing notes on an iPad the whole visit but his office staff and reception desk is the worst!!!! It is impossible to get a straight answer or any information from them about anything. They are not helpful and they don't even try to be... They have seemingly zero common sense and are just useless. One would be better off using voicemail instead of being put on hold for 20 and then still getting no help!
