Dr Cesar operated my right ear and did a wonderful job. Considering he faced an unexpected tumor and bacteria during surgery. He left me with a fully functional ear & no scarring. He pours his heart into his work and this can be seen with the attentiveness and follow up on his patients regardless of day and time. I’m sure us patients fill up his schedule entirely and take over his personal time. But, I truly appreciate him for all he’s done.
Been waiting for 2 hours to see Dr. Cesar, the conditions are not ideal will not be coming back to see Dr. Cesar. All his assistant say is that he is running late, they are just as rude as he is. Would definitely not recommend him find someone else
Carlos Ceasar was very rude would not listen to me. He openly told me he made the patient before me vomit. His office is old and run down. You can hear the medical assistant asking patients questions from the lobby. There are more up to date Drs. in El paso I would suggest using them and not this Dr.
He was very disrespectful. Doesn’t know how to speak kindly to patients. Ignorant and rude. Very bad experience. I guess they give just about anyone a doctor degree these days.
horrible experience with this office. Doctor is ALWAYS late. I always make sure to schedule my appointments early morning, i.e. when they open office and somehow I had to reschedule about 3 times because doctor was always running late. lack of professionalism from staff as well, they are always talking loudly about personal issues. I was ordered a ct scan and when I called my insurance it was denied because doctor wouldn't provide details, called back office to see what the problem was and nurse
