If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible bedside manners. My 85 year old mom was rushed to the emergency room after experiencing a fall at a nursing home where she broke her nose and shoulder. Carlos came in scolding my mom about her diet and how she does not exercise enough and then looks at me and asks if I work out. (Which I do 5-6 days a week. Found Dr. Palacios thru google. He was accepting new patients, which is hard to find these days, he had an opening within the same week. Happy about that. Took my uncle in, waited for about an hour in the exam room. Unacceptable, he did apologize. He was silently patient being that he was already behind. Went thru history and so fourth. Needed a few referrals. He said his staff would take care of them and send off. Waited several weeks no calls from the specialist.
