Dr. Pacheco and his nurse, Rosie, are both very thoughtful, thorough and professional. Highly recommend.
I have waited two days for a return call trying to set an appointment and to get some information from my medical history. I spoke to the doctor once during my only appt. about this and what happened to me before and he explained that his nurse was excellent at returning calls but I definitely am not convinced of this ! In fact I think the complete opposite and think he doesn't know but he will soon. I truly believe Dr Pacheco is very good in all aspects except his staff needs to be overhauled and some terminated; definitely... read more
Dr. Pacheco actually listens to his patients. His bedside manner is top notch. You feel like he truly cares. You don't get that from a lot of doctors. He will always be my doctor. He and his staff provide quality care. I have nothing but good things to say about him. Thanks, Dr. Pacheco!
Recently switched primary care providers due to a lack of listening and concern for my individual needs. Dr. Pacheco is the opposite of my previous physician. I was immediately impressed with how he listened to what I needed and communicated with me on how to reach a solution. I can’t recommend him enough.
