I have waited two days for a return call trying to set an appointment and to get some information from my medical history. I spoke to the doctor once during my only appt. about this and what happened to me before and he explained that his nurse was excellent at returning calls but I definitely am not convinced of this ! In fact I think the complete opposite and think he doesn't know but he will soon. Dr. Pacheco actually listens to his patients. His bedside manner is top notch. You feel like he truly cares. You don't get that from a lot of doctors. He will always be my doctor. He and his staff provide quality care. I have nothing but good things to say about him. Thanks, Dr. Pacheco!
Recently switched primary care providers due to a lack of listening and concern for my individual needs. Dr. Pacheco is the opposite of my previous physician. I was immediately impressed with how he listened to what I needed and communicated with me on how to reach a solution. I can’t recommend him enough.
