I was excited to see a second Rheumatologist on my 3+ year journey. However my anxiety was also present. Visibly. I was assured at check in this Dr is amazing and all will be well. The exact opposite happened. The ma taking vitals wasn’t helpful either. Once the dr walked in I should have just left. He was one of the most dismissive, condescending, arrogant, and rude Dr I’ve ever seen. Needless to say I would never recommend this person to drive an Uber let alone as a physician.
Dr Carlos Diola, Rheumatologist, is a caring, listening, and result seeking caregiver. It takes a few visits to see this. I am thankful to be one of his patients!
Dr. Diola and his staff are all very understanding, caring and respectful. I highly recommend them and would never want to change to a different rheumatologist. I feel very lucky to have him and I'm very grateful to be his patient
He took his time ,he listened to to me and explained to me in a way I could understand,I am happy to have him as my Dr
I have been going to Dr Diola now for over 8 years, You never wait long at his office, the staff are always friendly and Dr Diola is the best, once your checked in and in your room waiting for him, you will be surprised at how fast he comes in, Always caring wanting a update on my arthritis and explaining things very well. I appreciate him and all that he does to help me feel better with this chronic pain. I only wish more Doctors had his manners and sense of caring.
