Carlos ‘n Charlie’s Restaurant is a busy restaurant inside the Flamingo Resort. I like the lively atmosphere there. We were there on a late afternoon, before rush hour, to have a couple of drinks and snacks. The restaurant's outdoor seating area is pretty busy. A lot of people are having a fun time there with their friends and family. The foods and drinks are okay. But the service was a little slow.
Very busy and loud. Convenient location if your staying at the Flamingo.
Some of the best wings I've had in a long time, crispy but not too much breading, juicy, just perfect, and my wife is super wing picky and she loved them!
We will always love this place. We are here on the last day enjoying some fajitas and tequila from our favorite staff. The venue will always hold a special place in my heart. I met my now wife here through working the club crawl tours with worldcrawl. An end of era forsure. Big shout out to Luis, On, Fonzi, AK, Dave, Marc, and the entire staff. Thanks for the memories
