I have to say that I am very disappointed in how long it is taking to get my lab results from this office. I was referred to Dr. Menendez by a friend so I thought I would go see him. He is a very nice man with lots of knowledge, however, if I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have gone to see him. My appointment was 9-19-23 at 1:30 and they drew labs on me right there in the office. I have called 4 times since my appointment to get the results and the doctor still hasn't looked at them. My wife saw him twice but w/o insurance we failed to follow up. He was the best. Wish we could go back.

Menéndez es un excelente dr, yo llegue la primera vez muy mal de mi tiroides y con los niveles elevados , el dr Carlos Menéndez me regreso a la normalidad, lo recomiendo muchísimo, es el mejor dr de San Antonio yo en lo personal le estoy muy agradecida y le doy gracias a Dios por haberme puesto en manos de este dr . Y las secretarías y enfermeras son amables y muy atentas ,lo recomiendo mucho
