I have to say that I am very disappointed in how long it is taking to get my lab results from this office. I was referred to Dr. Menendez by a friend so I thought I would go see him. He is a very nice man with lots of knowledge, however, if I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have gone to see him. My appointment was 9-19-23 at 1:30 and they drew labs on me right there in the office. I have called 4 times since my appointment to get the results and the doctor still hasn't looked at them. Menéndez es un excelente dr, yo llegue la primera vez muy mal de mi tiroides y con los niveles elevados , el dr Carlos Menéndez me regreso a la normalidad, lo recomiendo muchísimo, es el mejor dr de San Antonio yo en lo personal le estoy muy agradecida y le doy gracias a Dios por haberme puesto en manos de este dr .
