I can never get through by phone. What's up???? Lousy way to run an office. No one ever answers. This problem has gone on for weeks. The only way to get office assistance is to drive to the Sebastian office. The staff is well aware of the phone problem. When I actually see the staff, they are always wonderful - kind, patient, professional & knowledgeable. They go above & beyond in helping their patients.
No one answers phones or if you get answering machine you may get call back within week. Very unprofessional
Dr. Martinez-Solis is an excellent physician! Quiet and thoughtful, he takes the time to listen to and empathize with his patients. I am very happy to call him "my doctor!!"
Dr. Martinez listens to my concerns, gives me options, and takes me seriously. He has tried to treat me with the care I need, but unfortunately United Healthcare would prefer people die instead of costing them a few hundred bucks!
