They told me a low rate to get the job and sent me my first bill higher than quoted. They agreed to mow every other week in the fall and now that fall is here they are telling me they charge more to mow every other. They raised there rate twice in one year. The contract says snow plow they just informed me in September they don’t offer snow removal now. I forgot to mention I have everything in text from the owner him trying to change the amount of grass he mowed and to trying to charge more without notice.
