I don't understand how they are still practicing. If they are unable to be professional and help, then I may have to resort to filing a compliant to the Texas Medical Board.
Horrible patient service. The patients NEVER see Dr. Palacios, always the NP. No one ever has a clue on the patient's history, medical needs, etc. They NEVER answer their phone line. I reported the office to CMS and filed a complaint. I hope they close this office and stop wasting people's time and stop playing with people's health. Dr. Palacios is a health risk to anyone under his care.
They never answer the gin . I get vm and at the time phone hangs up . I have PTSD and one day they took a whole hour to see me while I was in a patient room . I was climbing the wall to the point I was drawing wings on a dirty window and I was fixing to explode ! Dr Palacios finally came in and I asked him with tears on my face. “Why didn’t you come in any sooner?” I’ve been waiting for ever . He blue me off and told me to sit down . My father for whatever reason keeps coming back to this place..... but I can honestly say this is directly to "Dr" Palacios he has total disregard for his patients, he has canceled appointments for not only my father but countless other people. My dad was to see him back in February the day of appointment his staff called saying he wasn't going to be in, & that they were rescheduling to another day.
