Dr. Carlos Belmar's reputation preceded him. He is patient, kind, and caring. Above all he is a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon. He answers all my questions and has never rushed me out of his office. With both TKR's, all of my physical therapist ask me, "Who did your surgery"? When I replied, "Dr. Belmar", they smiled and said, "You will have no problems with your recovery or any complications with your knee replacement". Dr. Belmar did a left total hip replacement for me in August 2024. At 12 weeks post-op I'm walking without any assistive device, pain free. He and his team are wonderful! Thank you...
Dr. Belmar did my total knee replacement in January and then a total hip in May. He made sure I completely understood what the procedures entailed along with all possible issues. Dr. Belmar is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely see him again if needed.
