11/2025, I spent $4,326 with Carlos Insulation to have my attic insulated, primarily to help cool my daughter Sophia’s bedroom, which has always been the hottest room in the house. Immediately after the insulation was installed, her room actually became much hotter. Due to work, I wasn’t able to investigate right away. Booked Carlos Insulation, the crew came within two days. They did a superb job replacing our old R-nothing blown-in cellulose insulation with R-60 fiberglass bats. Carlos did it for a reasonable price that was on par with legit contractors but less than half of what the shady companies quoted. The work and our interactions were professional. Carlos insulation installed spray-in closed cell foam insulation in an outbuilding of ours. Carlos was fast, reasonable, and easy to deal with. His crew was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The product they used was completely odorless and dry to the touch before the left. The did a great job at cleaning up and protecting windows and sensitive areas. I would highly recommend their services.

We had a very good experience with Carlos. He is very reasonable and responsive. His crew is very professional. We had to pause our project with him due to other ongoing projects. Carlos is still willing to continue our project after one year of pause.
