I have had shoulder replacement surgery Dr Guanche made sure my needs were met He is extremely kind and knowledge about the correct treatment plan per patient. Was an awful experience!! He did a few surgeries on my shoulder. After the 3rd one he blamed me for continuing. I have Grand Mal seizures and dislocate my shoulder in my sleep. I explained that and he didn't believe me. As I was working on setting up another surgery he came into my appt. with medical students. All he said was he doesn't take my insurance anymore with a big grin on his face. I have state Med-ical.
