Having accompanied my elderly mother-in-law to a doctors appointment, I observed the unprofessionalism taking place in this office. The two girls in the front desk who are the face of this medical office are very rude, nasty and they have NO PATIENCE. Going back to our last office visit I can remember them trying to collect a copay when she doesn’t have a copay.
