Long wait times. When you book an appointment for a specific thing, they insist on doing a full physical, and most of the time your problem is NOT addressed. If you have a Dr. you like, it can take weeks to get an appointment. Most of the people at the front desk are rude, and unhelpful. Some are great… As I write this, I’m in the hospital with my husband, he had THREE small strokes, Dr. Vera has done bloodwork on my husband, and NEVER caught the MAJOR kidney problems my husband had, and STILL has… he has an artery in his ne... read more
Dr Vera was very thorough with my check up and he is personable, he took his time and listened.
Dr. Vera USE TO BE A GREAT DOCTOR, when our dad had cancer instead of Parkinson's, he seen n got our father to a blood specialist... At that time we found out that it had been cancer for five years, instead of 🏞️ parkisons, n reminder... This was at least 5 years ago... With Parkinson's u need to keep moving
The Drs have been very helpful and supportive.
