Only in the Bronx do we accept this unprofessional behavior and obscene wait times. They schedule appointments just for show, doesn’t matter if you arrive an hour early, only those who arrive five hours before the doctor arrives will be seen in a somewhat (not really) timely fashion. This is my second time here and my last but I am writing this for those considering being seen here - NOT WORTH IT! The Bronx doesn’t deserve this, this office ought to be ashamed of themselves. This place without a fail is an all day event. Why make an appt if everyone will be waiting for 5 hrs to leave. Of all the medical facilities I've been to, this is the worst. It's highly unacceptable.

I have to agree with the reviews posted about this office. I've been calling for the last few weeks and never get a live person. On hold now as I write this review and it's been 21 minutes. The reason I don't hang up yet is because normally it just rings and no one answers. Totally aggravating! Not sure how they stay in business because this is totally unacceptable.
