he is so rude,
Its not that he was rude or anything, but his office doesn't have a spittoon, so you have spit in a cup he holds when you rinse. Also, he cancelled our first appointment because of a snow storm, which is fine and understandable, but then charged me for it. As such, I was charged twice (a very small amount) for the same appointment, the one that was cancelled and the one I actually attended.
