Myself and my parents were customers of his for over 20 years. He respected my father, but he passed away almost 3 years ago. Carlos was always this way, I just didn’t see it until I was struggling and since then, he hasn’t shown any respect for myself or my mother. He doesn’t respect women. On a recent trip to South Carolina, the wheel bearing on our car started wearing out by the time we were in North Carolina. We had initially thought we could make it home to Ohio, but the noise was unbearable and we decided it wasn't worth the risk.
