Carlos is incredibly experienced and intuitive. With a background in physical therapy he has a level of knowledge and an understanding of the body that many massage therapists don't possess. In our first session he released a lot of muscle tension, especially my psoas, which alleviated a lot of associated persistent discomfort/pain. He took time to understand the issues I was having and to educate me on how to properly align my posture, especially while sitting at my desk and driving. I would highly recommend Carlos.

I came to Carlos with serious back pain from CrossFit and he knew exactly what to do. He found the exact spot that needed attention and helped release the tension immediately. He worked on my psoas muscle in my hip and I felt a huge release that brought me so much relief. Just had my first therapeutic massage from Carlos Blain. Very professional and super knowledgeable concerning the body, movement and how muscle groups interact with each other. Results were very helpful and I go see Carlos again next week for more therapeutic help.
