I came to Dr. Berrios-Rosario a few months ago with severe muscle weakness. He spent barely five minutes with me, talking over me for most of that time. Despite what his appointment notes say, he refused to examine me, dismissed every symptom I brought up, and repeatedly insisted there was “nothing physically wrong” with me. He was dismissive, talked over me when I was explaining my symptoms, told me he already read what was stated on my chart(that information was weeks old and my symptoms since have worsen, some even new), I didn’t get to inform him this because he cut me off when I was speaking. Highly would avoid this man (his 2 office women i dealt with was wonderful so they get the only star for this post). Already having issues with my LPRN not correctly logging issues correctly, but when speaking to him about what's going on, he wanted to cut me off. I snapped due to him being very arrogant. But FYI he will try to give you drugs, when you say you dont want them but rather know whats wrong so YOU can make the judgement if you want to take them, then to proceed to say most want them, especially the women where th... read more
Dr. Carlos Rasado went above and beyond at my initial appointments and after my results. He even prayed for me right in the doctor’s room. I never had a doctor do that in my entire life! May God bless his practice always! ✝️
Very bad experience with this provider. He totally ignored my wife's urgent need. Be very wary of this man.
