Carlos doggedly chased my girlfriend during her freshman year at Duke University. He was a junior linebacker on the football team and wouldn’t stop making advances in her direction. He never saw my mom post op. She suffered an infection at incision sight, endured rehab for several weeks yet he left town and his office failed to return many phone calls. He committed that my mom would go home after one day in hospital. Please find another surgeon who cares after the surgery is performed.
RESEARCH MEDICAL BOARD RECORDS! Texas and N Carolina. Review after review tell the same story we've experienced this year. Multiple surgeries (3 in one year), complications, "healing as expected" only to learn actually more damaged. Please PLEASE report this doctor to the medical board if you have issues or he will keep causing permanent damage to people's lives and taking no accountability for it. Wish I had done my research ahead of time. My husband passed from septic infection of spinal fluid.
Dr. Carlos Bagley is one of my heroes! He performed my spinal surgery nearly 2 1/2 years ago at UT Southwestern. I cannot imagine a finer team of surgeons and all of the associates on his team! St. Luke’s health system is very blessed to have him!
