My Dad & I are from Tassie travelling around Australia. We had an issue with an Anderson plug and I phoned Carlos auto electrical whom said to drop in and he changed the plug straight away and was ever so fantastic and kind. Found the 2 blokes quite rude. Pulled up to ask a couple questions about installing dcdc charger both shrugged me off like they didn’t want me there huffing and mumbling while coming over to help, very rude when trying to find fuse for ignition switch Seemed like to much effort for these guys. Won’t be going back here no customer service at all. Also I work up the road and would usually recommend to go to these guys for your 12v set ups won’t be doing that anymore. 10 cash or $20 on card for a 2 blade mini fuse tap. Left fee... read more
