Not sure what’s up with this practice, but this is my 2nd time coming here and having to wait 45min+ in the waiting room. Patients that come in after me are going in front of me, there’s no sense of urgency here. If your appointment is at 11am, don’t expect to get into the exam room until noon the earliest.

So I was excited about getting in to see him quickly for I had No hearing in my right ear. I was sent for a hearing test and they confirmed such. Carlos explained he would rather me see a specialist on just the ear and I told him it had been 2 months since my loss of hearing and I needed help. He said I can put a balloon in, and give you some relief. I wanted to wait because my concern was how soon could I see the real Doctor as he said I would need surgery.
