If you’re looking for reassurance that the bad reviews on here are malarkey, this is it. Those reviews must come from bad people. I gave a chance despite the bad reviews due to the responses the owner made to the reviews. His response just made more sense than the review. The owner really cares, does hard work, is most definitely professional and is very community oriented. This company is locally owned by a family. I will support their business whenever I can with upcoming projects on the house.
Doesn’t know anything about construction or plumbing destroyed my bathroom and is costing twice as much to repair the damage
Have to ask for written estimate/quote but willing to work with you and give ideas to find options that fit different budgets. Also backs work. If unhappy or anything goes wrong, just call and he'll make right. If any unforeseeable things arise during certain jobs, he will stop and contact you immediately but will also advise you of that possibility before beginning work and let you know what those possibilities are and what they would cost (before starting the job).
Great service! Great communication.
Work quality wasn't good overpriced. Didn't have a contract and didn't fix the things he said he would fix. I wouldn't use him at all.
